Comments

This healthy 4-year-old girl developed an asymptomatic violaceous tumor on the left upper chest 2 months ago. She had no known history of trauma and had no other clinical findings. Histoplasma antigen and fungal culture of the lymph node aspirate were negative, but complement fixation antibody testing was positive consistent with early histoplasmosis.
