Comments

This healthy 45-year-old man developed asymptomatic nodules on his right hand which progressed up the forearm over 2 months. A biopsy showed granulomatous inflammation and cultures grew Mycobacterium marinum. He spent weekends sailing in the Chesapeake Bay.
