This 11 year old boy develped multiple slightly atypical oigmented nevi on his trunk particularly his back, chest, neck and face. There were no nevi below the waist. There was a family history of several individuals with multiple atypical moles and melanoma.

Description

4-8 mm round to oval hyperpigmented papules some with minimally hazy borders and some pigment variation
