This 6 year old girl developed Stevens-Johnson syndrome associated with mycoplasma infection. Although widespread, her skin lesions involved less than a third of the body surface, and her mucous membrane lesions which also included the anogenital area cleared within 10 days.

annular bullae on the upper chest and cheeks with diffuse erosions of the conjunctivae and oral mucosae
