A 7 year old girl complained of intensely pruritic infected blisters on both of her legs. Note the linear organization of the crusted excoriated erosions. She had a history of recurrent flea bites, and these erosions healed after a week of cool tap water compresses and oral antistaphylococcal antibiotics.
