This healthy 3-year-old had a 2 month history of 3 discete lesions: a mastocytoma on the chin, a plaque of morphea on the chest wall, and a minimally pruritic blaschkoid dermatitis on the leg whose differential included lichen striatus, blaschkitis, and inflammatory linear nevus. Interestingly, all lesions were located on the right side of the body.
