Although blue nevi occur most often within skin, involvement of oral mucosa, vagina, uterine cervix, spermatic cord, and prostate has also been reported.

Description

This 5mm punch biopsy includes a well circumscribed dermal nodule composed of spindle shaped melanocytes, some with melanin in cytoplasmic dendrites.
