A 45-year-old man complained of generalized pruritus and a creeping sensation on his trunk for 1 month. Physical examination revealed mltiple excoriated papules on his trunk, and a viable louse (pediculosis corporis). He as treated with antihistamines and topical permethrin lotion. His clothing was also disinfected
