Comments

This 12 year old girl developed vesicles and bullae on her trunk, axillae, and groin. A skin biopsy showed the diagnostic features of linear IgA dermatosis of childhood with a subepidermal cleavage and linear IgA deposition at the dermal-epidermal junction.
