After a 10 day course of antibiotics for tonsilitis, this 5 year old boy developed oral thrush associated with red cracked fissured lips and crusted erosions at the corners of the mouth and on the chin. Cutaneous and oral lesions cleared quickly when he was treated with oral fluconazole.
