This healthy 15-month-old boy was evaluated for peculiar congenital symmetric circular ear depressions. He had no other skin findings, no history of organomegaly, omphalocele, intestinal malrotation, somatic gigantism, hemihypertrophy, or macroglossia. Family history was unknown, because he was adopted.
