Comments

This 4-month-old girl developed firm tender deep seated nodules on the proximal phalanges of the right third, fourth, and fifth fingers. There were more subtle lesions on the first 2 fingers and all of the fingers on the left hand. Two days earlier she was outdoors waiting with her older for the school bus in sub-freezing temperatures. Whild teething she favors sucking on the last 3 fingers of her right hand which may have been exposed to the cold for 5-10 minutes.
