This 79-year-old woman complained of severe pain of her hands and feet which started 2 weeks ago and was relieved only by soaking in ice cold water. Her medications included hydrochlorothiazide, sleeping pills, and another over the counter product. She was referred for evaluation of erythromelalgia.
