Comments

This healthy 6-week-old girl developed minimally tender, swollen skin around the tips of both great toes, with yellow, split, dystrophic great ingrown toe nails. She was initially treated with intravenous antibiotics for persumed staphylococcal infection without improvement. According to her mother this was a chronic problem for at least 4 weeks, and the baby did not seem to be uncomfortable.
