This healthy adolescent was born with a giant congenital pigmented nevus on the back of the neck and upper back. In infancy a large portion of the lesion was excised from the upper back. She has multiple satellite pigmented nevu which have grown proportionately with her.

large pigmented plaque with well demarcated borders, prominent dark pigmented hair, and well healed hypopigmented scars
