This healthy preschooler had an asymptomatic group of soft compressible noudules clustered on the right flank since birth. He also had a small congenital café au lait macule.

clustered skin colored to slightly pale yellow soft well demarcated discrete and confluent 0.5-1.0 cm nodules and a 1 cm irregularly shaped sharply demarcated brown macule
