This adolescent boy with a longstanding history of Crohn disease in remission complaned of painless swelling of the right lower lip for 6 months. Recently the left side of his lower lip also became swollen. A biopsy of the lower lip showed granulomatous inflammation typical of cutaneous Crohn disease.
