Comments

A 42 year old man was evaluated for multiple papules, nodules, and tumors waxing and waning for 6 months. Although several tumors had become large, crusted and malodorous, many plaques and tumors had resolved leaving post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. He also had several new patches with minimal erythema, scale and hypopigmentation. Several skin biopsies demonstrated a dermal infiltrate comprised of uniform atypical lymphocytes positive for T-cell markers.
