This 58 year old man developed a red round plaque with a scalloped border on the right buttock. The asymptomatic plaque cleared in 3-4 months without treatment. A second isolated yellowish-red round plaque appeared on the back. A skin biopsy from the both plaques showed changes typical of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
