Two weeks after returning from a beach vacation in Jamaica with his family this 4-year-old boy developed an itchy progressive serpiginous eruption on his leg. The first image shows the skin eruption shortly after it appeared. The other images were acquired the following week as the lesion progressed. Note the edematous red papule at the advancing border and the resolving distal trail.
