Comments

A 30 year old woman developed clusters of warty greasy hyperpigmented papules on seborrheic and sunexposed areas beginning at puberty. Her mother and two of her brothers had a similar eruption. A biopsy showed characteristic changes of keratosis follicularis (Darier disease).

Description

A 30-year-old woman has clusters of dirty, warty, greasy papules on seborrhoeic and sun-exposed areas. Onset of disease at pubery. Her mother and two of her brothers have the same illness.
