Comments

This healthy 44 year old woman developed an itchy follicular scaly eruption on the left chest, abdomen, and back 25 years earlier. The lesions follow the lines of Blaschko suggesting genetic mosaicism from a post-zygotic mutation. A skin biopsy was obtained from her back to confirm the diagnosis.
