This heatlhy thriving 11-month-old boy developed a slowly increasing number of golden brown papules on his trunk, scalp, and extremities. Although he was not symptomatic a dramatic wheal and flare was demonstrated with scratching of several lesions on his back showing the typical Dariar sign diagnostic of urticaria pigmentosa.
