This 75 year old woman developed progressive thick greasy scaly papulesand plaques on her trunk, scalp, face, ears, hands, and legs beginning in adolescence. The ulcerated plaques on her legs caused the most trouble from recurrent infections. She also had palmar papules and pits, nail dystrophy (longitudinal streaks, distal thinning, splintering and notching) and cobblestoning of the tongue. Her sister, mother and grandfather had similar lesions.
