This 50 year old woman had a flare of her atopic dermatitis with prominent plaques on and around her neck and the flexural creases of her arms and legs. She had subtle plaques around her eyes and on eyelids from scratching.She improved with oral cefadroxil 500 mg bd for 7 days,hydroxyzine 25 mg bd and topical emolients and betamthasone dipropionate.
