This healthy 48-year-old woman had slowly progressive miniature discoid papules scattered over her back, chest, abdomen, arms, and legs for over 15 years. A skin biopsy showed the typical changes of discoid lupus. Lupus serology was negative, and a thorough medical evaluation failed to reveal any evidence of systemic disease.
