This 4 year old girl developed widespread cutaneous and mucous membrane blistering during the first week of life. Blisters and erosions healed with hypopigmentation and scarring. The clinical findings were most consistent with the dermolytic(dystrophic variant).

flaccid bullae, red erosions with sloughing skin, healing with atrophic hypopigmented scars
