Comments

This healthy 10-year-old girl with type 1 skin complexion was evaluated for a nevus which had slowly grown for 2-3 years on her scalp. Recently it became lighter in color and elevated in the center. Eclipse nevi represent an innocent variant of pigmented nevucellular nevus in evolution. Over several years, these nevi usually become uniformly pigmented and elevated.
