This 12-year-old boy developed 2 large greenish bullae on the lateral aspect of his right buttock and lower back. A bacterial culture grew pseudomonas, and the lesions cleared with intramuscular and topical gentamicin.

12 years old boy presented with 2 strange large greenish bulla like abscesses on the lateral aspect of buttock and lower back.they clear rapidly with gentamycin injection and topical.
