A 16 year old boy had dysmorphic facies, dental dysplasia, keratoderma of the palms and soles, curly lustreless buth thick scalp hair, and dystrophic finger and toe nails. He complained of hyperpidrosis of the palms but normal sweating generally and dry scaly skin. Multiple male and female family members in atleast 3 generations were variably affected.
