A 14-year-old girl was evaluated for a broad linear warty plaque that was present at birth and thickened over the last 6-12 months. A biopsy from the flat yellow area on the anterior chin showed changes typical of nevus sebaceous, while a biopsy from the warty central area showed findings of an epidermal nevus.
