Comments

This healthy 4-year-old boy developed linear red scaly plaques on his left forearm shortly after birth. Over the last year he began to develop additional scattered round scaly plaques on the trunk and extremities. A skin biopsy was felt to be consistent with an inflammatory epidermal nevus but was later reinterpreted as psoriasis.
