This healthy toddler developed bullae on weight bearing surfaces and areas of frictional injury particularly during the summer. The lesions ruptured easily and healed without scarring or milia formation. She had no mucous membrane involvement and was growing and developing normally. Her mother ruptured and cut skin windows in lesions on the feet to prevent progression of lesions at the edges, and applied topical antibiotics to prevent infection.
