Comments

This 3-year-old boy had diffuse erythema and scaling and scattered blistering at birth. Although he has had no recent blistering, the scaling has increased particularly in skin creases and over bony prominences. His growth and development were normal. A skin biopsy showed epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.
