Comments

This 10-year-old African-American girl developed rapid onset of generalized lichenoid papules and plaques, many of which were atrophic on the lower extremities. There was a history of extensive painful bullous lesions on the plantar surfaces which had resolved without therapy. Many areas of previous activity were beginning to resolve. Treatment with high potency topical steroids to pruritic areas was begun, and phototherapy was discussed.
