These changes are consistent with a psoriasiform dermatitis. There was no evidence of atypical cells in the epidermis or dermis.

Description

The epidermis also shows spongiosis, and edema, while there is a mild interstitial and perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate in the superficial dermis.
