Comments

A 42 year old woman acutely developed multiple red round edematous plaques with central bullae on the abdomen, left arm, and right thigh following ingestion of ciprofloxacin. The eruption promptly healed with postinflammatory hyperpigmentation when the medication was discontined. Oral rechallenge two months later with a small dose of ciprofloxacin reproduced the lesions.
