This 2-year-old girl demonstrated features of fetal alcohol syndrome including microcephaly, pre- and post natal growth deficiency, short palpebral fissures, long smooth philtrum, thin upper lip, and hypoplastic toe nails. Affected infants occasionally present with eyelid ptosis, epicanthal folds, strabismus, cervical vertebral anomalies, and congenital heart disease.
