Comments

This 18 year old girl awoke one morning with asymptomatic symmetric purpura of the hands and feet which spread to involve the proximal extremities as well. The exanthem faded over 7-10 days. Although an enanthem is not usually reported with Parvovirus infection, she also developed some erythema of the buccal mucosa and white plaques on a red base on the dorsum of the tongue.
