This healthy 8-year-old girl complained of an itchy scalp and scaling. A fugl culture was negative, and her symptoms improved with a loose hair do, antiseborrheic shampoo, and a 7 day course of anti-Staphylococcal oral antibiotic. She had multiple follicular pustules on the other side of her scalp, eye brow and eye lashes where she also had a stye..
