This infant had chronic congenital ingrown toe nails with recurrent redness, swelling, tenderness, and drainage at the base of both great toe nails (fscan52). Note mild involvement of the second toes. fscan53 is a close up of the left foot and fscan51 shows one of the mother's great toes that had been involved much of her life.
