This healthy 16-month-old boy developed 2 "skin tags" in the diaper area before his first birthday. Within the last few months the warts increased in number and size, and his mother brought him for evaluation because of itching and scratching. Many of the lesions disappeared with 2 months of topical imiquimod therapy.
