This 11 year old girl has granuloma annulare of the hands with a localiztion to the palms. Skin biopsy from a nodule on the palm confirmed the diagnosis. This rare variant of granuloma annulare is associated with lymphoma. However, this child is healthy with a normal medical evaluation. REFERENCE:Sylvia Hsu, MD, Amy C. Lehner, MD, Janice R.
