A 10 year old girl who received a bone marrow transplant 2 months earlier for acute lymphocytic leukemia developed changes of chronic graft versus host disease with pigmentary changes, atrophy, and fibrosis over large areas of her back and chest. Gvhd_3_010331 shows a close up image of the back.
