Comments

This adolescent girl with a long history of atopic dermatitis complained of a persistent hand dermatitis. In addition to lichenification she developed chronic hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, and depigmentation. She had no evidence of vitiligo at other sites, and the skin repigmented when the eczema came under control.
