Shortly after birth a hemangioma blossomed on the right parietal scalp and ear of this 5 month old infant. After several months of rapid growth, the hemangioma began to regress with a shift from bright red to purplish-gray. A small ulcer also developed above the ear, and healed with a small atrophic scar over several weeks.
