This 48 year old man with congenital right leg hypertrophy and a complex congenital venous/lymphatic vascular malformation, had a history of progresive edema, recurrent infection and bleeding from the malformation. He recently had an above the knee amputation because of increasing complications and failure of medical therapy. He was also beginning a course of exetnsive rehabilitation.
