Comments

This 47-year-old man with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia complained of recurrent bleeding and tenderness in some of his many telangiectatic papules on his fingers and cheeks. Although the skin lesions involved the trunk, face, and extremities, they were most densely distributed on his face and fingers. He also had a history of severe nose bleeds and anemia, and he had multiple affected family members.
