This pancytopenic adolsecent with acute lymphocytic leukemia following chemotherapy developed fever and confluent vesicles on her forearm with surrounding erythema and a progressive lymphangitis. Examination also revealed herpes labialis. All lesions cleared with parenteral acyclovir.
