Comments

This healthy 10 year old girl developed recurrent purpuric papules over much of the body but most prominent on the extensor surfaces of her extremities and buttocks. When the lesions first appeared she complained of pain in her right arm and left leg, asociated with swelling of the affected extremitie, and was unable to walk for 24 hours. She has remained afebrile and repeated urinalyses and blood pressure checks had been normal.
